Translator Text API V2 discontinued - Migration to V3

Hi,

This library is using the version 2 of the Cognitive Services Translator Text API, and Microsoft has announced that this V2 of the Translator Text API will be retired on April 30, 2019, and will no longer work.

It is necessary to upgrade to the Version 3 of the Translator Text API.

Could be possible to update this library with the new version?
