Workaround when debugger stops the app after launch

I created an issue here: vadimcn/codelldb#1083, but it's still unclear why some apps hit cpp_exception after launch.

There are two possible workarounds right now:

-- put it after xcodebuild.setup(codelldbPath) in nvim-dap configuration file
require("dap").configurations.swift[1].postRunCommands = {
  "breakpoint delete cpp_exception",
}

Alternative solution mentioned by Tobias Laross here:

dap.listeners.after.event_initialized["remove_cpp_exception"] = function(session)
