Dual GPU (Nvidia + AMD) but SystemInformer only detects one.

My Windows 11 system has an AMD Radeon 780M Graphics adapter (for the display) as well as a NVidia GeForce RTX 3090 (for machine learning). SystemInformer only shows the AMD Graphics adapter.

Go to Options->Graphics Devices and select both GPUs.
