Describe the bug

After disconnectAsync, isConnected is still true, you need to refresh the page to disconnect

Steps To Reproduce

• walletConnect connects to the wallet
• const { disconnectAsync } = useDisconnect();, disconnectAsync disconnects
• isConnected is still true
• Need to refresh the page for isConnected to be false
