Viewing Fragpipe result file

Hi,

I am trying to open database search result file from Fragpipe. As suggested in the manual, I am uploading psm.tsv as identification file and .mzML file as spectrum file. However, it is showing an error that MS/MS file can not be found in the input MS/MS file folder or input MS/MS file list. This error remains with both calibrated and uncalibrated .mzML files. I have not modified the result folder, I am trying to view the results immediately after the database searching.

Hi,

PDV has been integrated into FragPipe. When you finish your search, you could open the PDV inside the FragPipe directly.
