VIM shortcuts in command palette does not work in Chrome (on Windows)

I would like to use the VIM bindings in my Chrome browser, but I end up performing random actions within Chrome itself (as Ctrl+J and Ctrl+K are bindings used within Chrome). It is possible to override them, so pls fix 🥺
