[Bug]: New published `Dataset`s do not show up if old versions have been deleted

Describe the bug

Weave version: 0.52.29
Python version: 3.12
Operating system: Tahoe 26.3 (25D125)

Bug:

I had published some datasets which were visible in the "Datasets" tab of my Weave web app. I deleted all versions of the Datasets to start afresh. When I try to publish new versions of the same datasets, they do not show up in the web app.

If I change the names of the Datasets, they show up in the UI. I think this seems like a bug with missing references in the backend.
