Ability to request NR only

Summary

Students would like the ability to request only the number (NR) to be repeated by the calling DX station when requested by the user.

Here is the original request from groups.io by Mark, K5GQ.

My students want practice with numbers. The contest CQ WPX has the serial number exchange.

One goes into the settings and sets the range to 21-99.

OK if you want NR repeated you get more items repeated rather than just the serial number.

Motivation

During classes and training exercises, it would be nice to request and receive only the missing serial number. This is also true during a contest and would match actual contest behavior.

The trick will be how to extend this behavior across all contests because this implies that the function key names/labels will be contest-specific.

If user sends NR?, user is expecting to calling station to repeat o my the NR, not their entire exchange.
