Remove the generated spec from the tree

This repo has index.html and event-algo.html checked in which are the bikeshed-generated versions.

We should remove them and have a CI step to publish generated versions.

Sorry there's no index.html (but an index-snapshot.html exists).

Maybe this can be solved by moving the contents of event-algo.bs into the main spec.
