Migrate Supervisor Service Images away from Docker Hub

Failed to pull image "vsphereveleroplugin/velero-vsphere-operator:1.3.0

When installing the Supervisor Services, users shouldn't receive the annoying You have reached your pull rate limit error because our images are stored on Docker Hub.

I'm getting it when installing the Velero vSphere Operator.
