`CollapseWhitespace` display only half of the page.

this incident only occurs in production, maybe my server couldn't handle it? because I have tried in local and everything is fine.

after a few search the problem is near <!-- [if !supportLists]--> comment tag.

for my package versions I already make sure it use the latest version using composer outdated command and I use Laravel 12 & PHP-8.3
