• with high cycle time , UART communication is affected ( maybe send every 50ms the logs on bus )
• the system cycle time in not functioning as expected
• might be improvement during motor movement : each cycle one step and not all 8 steps for the stepper motor , in this case, delay in between the steps is ruled out
• reading more about timers is next task

• Prescaler value reduced and increased the Auto reload value to get the intended Frequency event as 10ms!

• UART cant react quick enough
• cycle time works perfectly now
• improvement is done wrt to Stepper Motors step of a sequence in each cycle of uC
