Per-emoji skin tone selection action #1159
Description
There is already a configuration option for default skin tone, which is great, but it would be really helpful if it was possible to choose skin tone of a specific emoji as an option in the actions menu for quick one-time uses which is impossible right now.
If it is too hard to create such action/actions per emoji that supports skin tone, then maybe a quick action option that changes the skin tone globally instead of going into Vicinae's configuration, but the first option would be much more convenient and appreciated!
