Switching from pnpm to Bun is a major change because the whole project relies on how pnpm manages files

• The Lockfile: You will move from pnpm-lock.yaml to bun.lockb.
• Workspaces: If you have a monorepo, you'll need to update how packages talk to each other.
• Speed: Bun is faster, but it handles dependencies differently than pnpm’s "symlink" system.
