Add Autoscaling Configuration Visibility in Customer-Facing UI

Requested Feature

We would like to request a feature that displays the autoscaling (HPA) configuration status for each environment in the customer-facing Lagoon UI (Project/Environment screens).

Specifically:

• Display autoscaling ON/OFF status in the project list or environment detail screen
• Ideally, also show current replica count and configuration values (min/max) if possible

Expected Benefits

1. Improved Operational Efficiency: Quick overview of configuration status across multiple projects
2. Faster Troubleshooting: Easy verification of autoscaling settings when performance issues occur
3. Better Cost Management: Accurate resource usage forecasting by identifying autoscaling-enabled environments
4. Simplified Client Reporting: Easy to capture screenshots of configuration status for documentation

Target Users

• Hosting service providers (MSPs)
• Operations teams managing multiple projects/environments
• End clients (self-service users)

We're working on exposing more information about deployed services, one of these is to display the number of replicas a service has.

I can't comment on displaying configuration information related to autoscaling configuration at this time though, we're working through details
