Fix UIX Theme loading from server side rendered page

Curently, the themes can be inferred from the existing style and link tags when using backend rendering.
But if there are multiple themes with different css files, they are not correctly associated. This can be fixed be explicitly loading the themes in the frontend, but this is only a workaound
