General issues #9
Description
- The program does not create the result folders like the .mat version. If they do not exist, we get an error.
- For saving the results, it does not differentiate between time steps (3h or 24h). The program saves both time steps in the same folder.
- There is no place to specify the catchment name in the config.toml file.
- Some objective functions are indicated as "NotImplemented". Is there a reason for this?
