Allow build process to run from just file of a project

It's been a while since i last built the bluefin image with forge. I now found out that the build process uses some heavy logic. I can always reverse engineer all the --build-args but that is cumbersome and time consuming.

It would be nice if we could just kick of the build process with the included just files and then upload the image to the desired container repository. I would keep the existing mechanism but add an variable / argument which allows for using the just file.

I would wait, @m2Giles will likely come back to bluefin and update the justfiles. And we should have an overarching discussion.

Bluefin's justfile needs some maintenance. If you look at main and Cayo you'll see that we have made iterations on this.

just build will build the image. Rechunk will rechunk.

And you can tag and push as necessary from there

the build can be triggered and controlled with:

just build $image="bluefin" $tag="latest" $flavor="main" rechunk="0" ghcr="0" pipeline="0" $kernel_pin="" 

so, if i want to render that in the UI, i have to either hard code the options somewhere, so a user can select them from a drop down menu or we let the user have a guess at the options with a hint to the documentation. Alternatively, i can try to parse the options and generate the drop down menu dynamically. Would be nice if we could have the options defined in a more standardized way. I'll definitely have to think about how to approach this.
