Update ACCAP Name and Logo on tool

Change "Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy" to "Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Preparedness" per email from Heather McFarland. on Dec 4 2025 ACCAP's logo is at the top of the page and in the footer of the tool. New logo versions attached.

"Hi Bruce,

When you get the chance could SNAP update the ACCAP logo that is shown on the tools we supported, Alaska community wind tool and Historical sea ice atlas. We changed our name from Policy to Preparedness a few months back. I uploaded two new logos. The name in the footer will also need to be updated.

No logo on this tool, but please update the name to swap out "policy": Alaska statewide temperature index.

Updates: ACCAP's logo is changing from the above to the attached logos imminently, but it's not yet approved.

Actions:

• Use the logos attached below for the wind tool and ice atlas but not until ACCAP gets the okay from NOAA.
• Update the name in the footer of the temp index to "Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Preparedness". No need to wait for approval on this.
