Running turtlebot4-upgrade or sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade is getting a million Network is unreachable

IPv6 is disabled, and the bot is functioning fine as a TurtleBot4, but I want to install moondream (pip reports connection issues) so began trying to update/upgrade Ubuntu 24.04
