Fall back to message without button on `Unsupported url protocol` error

Describe the bug
Telegram server rejects some links that are not yet supported by it. This throws the Unsupported url protocol error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the bot in debug mode
2. Notification of Webinar is usually usually gives this error

Expected behavior
Fall back to messages with no buttons or links and try sending message again
