serial automatic mode

At first the serial software part was designed to have an automatic serial mode to switch between Bluetooth and USB mode automatically. Since the carduinodroid physically only supports either serial Bluetooth OR USB connection - you have to plug/unplug the Bluetooth module - the automatic mode is no longer a reasonable feature at this time.
