Fleet credential setup is embedded in CLI authentication reference, and sandbox lifecycle operations are embedded in a concept page. Image readers also need a direct choice between a published Fleet artifact, local customization, and publishing an artifact.
Selected scope: extract the existing Fleet credential procedure into a how-to, keep old headings as onward links, split local lifecycle operations from the existing concept URL, add an image-task chooser, and remove clearly redundant Driver client setup. Preserve cleanup instructions and released runtime limits.
Related work: #3555 covers credential acquisition itself and #3592 covers Fleet operations. This work reorganizes the existing verified material. #3113 and #3116 overlap lifecycle organization but target old paths or include broader behavior claims. Adapt the applicable separation idea with contributor attribution, retaining the current published runtime limits; this focused draft supersedes only that overlapping organization work. No contributor PR will be closed. #3117 is not a source for unsupported cloud builder or snapshot claims.
Acceptance: preserve existing URLs and heading anchors; pass hygiene, internal links, changed-path generator checks, formatting, Python syntax checks for moved examples, and the docs build. Remain draft; no merge or publication.
