Python 3.12 build error

Describe the bug
We are trying to install cspy on python 3.12 and we get error importing REFCallback

To Reproduce
install python>3.12 and use pip install cspy then try to import REFCallback

Expected behavior
We should able to install it on python 3.12 and import REFCallback

Sorry, I have not built wheels for 3.12 and am struggling with the CI. I think there are some Python 3.11 wheels.
