Description
We want people to be notified when they have pending actions.
There is a lot of design and planning here: Do we want the notification to only exist on the web ux, or do we want to allow them to ask to be notified through email or other means?
A special case is the interaction with onboarding: We want to notify them a bit more conspicuously when the event is one that involves a UI affordance they have never used, and may not be aware of.
