[v7] update meta documentation #888
Description
- v7: contributing guide needs to be updated for new project structure, react/redux resource
- privacy statement should be updated to reflect the fact that we use a build system now and code in the distributed extension will not be human-readable; instruct users to build from the latest tag's source and compare that way (via e.g. comparing sha256 hashes of files or something)
