Message Hash returned is not the same as on-chain

Hi, we are experiencing an issue where the Message Hash returned by Send Message is not consistent with what is finalized on the blockchain. This doesn't happen often -- we have only seen it twice so far. Maybe once every 200 transactions.

Is it possible that the tonlib binary is outdated and needs to be updated? Any other ideas about this issue?
