Use plenv-rehash to install the hooks from plugins #172
Description
Could we use plenv-rehash to install the hooks from installed plugins?
If plugins are always in ${PLENV_ROOT}/plugins/, their hooks could be in ${PLENV_ROOT}/plugins/plenv-plug/plenv.d.
This would save user from having to do this part manually.
It would be a boon when people use anyenv manifest installation system because then there would be no manual step.
