Remove `rpassword` dependency

#168 adds rpassword as dependency in order to have hidden input. We use this because there is some platform specific complexity when it comes to reading hidden input. We should look into implementing our own logic to read the password.

Status: we're currently still using rpassword in qos_client for this task.

If we wanted to remove this, we would likely need to use https://docs.rs/termios/latest/termios/ - which is unix specific, so would work on macos and linux but not windows.
