audio inputs: can anyone help?

i've been learning how to use Tixl, MIDI inputs and other nodes all make sense.
Can anyone help me with this?

I'm trying to take a video file with audio, adjust various parameters on-the-fly eg rotation, color, zoom, alpha via only audio inputs eg music, synth, sine wave, square, direct from microphone etc and output as video.

Seems simple and I can do it with MIDI inputs in 5 seconds but I can't seem to get it to input audio.....

Audio Input > data convertor > video parameters > output render ?
