Render at 1x speed for live MIDI input mixing #968

No
When you render video on my system it goes about 5x speed, this is great for normal rendering but if I make some MIDI inputs and tweak settings on the fly It renders so fast it changes the desired effect
Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the Render section to fix the render to 1x speed aka Real Time, this way as an example you could play music and tweak ~12 MIDI controllers on the fly as you feel the music and record the live performance. live.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I try to do it at normal render speed, it takes a while to learn the CC knob speed to match what was practiced at 1x speed but obviously playing to music becomes impossible. this is only then useful for adding short clips of swooshy graphics.
Additional context
a simple tick box "render at 1x" would be amazing!
ps I currently use OBS to screencapture the output window but an internal way would keep the frames aligned etc.
