[FEATURE] Allow to set K8s node labels and to disable swap

This is a feature request. IMO it would be nice to be able to set K8s labels for nodes defined in Ansible inventory. As well as to automatically disable swap on the hosts.

Node labels are already supported via the extra_agent_args and extra_server_args variables that this playbook exposes and documents in the README.

For example, in inventory/<env>/group_vars/all.yml (or a per-node host vars file / group vars):

# for worker nodes
extra_agent_args: --node-label "role=worker" --node-label "type=compute"

# for control-plane nodes
extra_server_args: --node-label "role=control-plane"

These map straight onto k3s --node-label which is supported natively by both k3s agent and k3s server. You can scope labels per node/host by setting these in host vars or a node group, and per-group via group vars. Multiple labels can be repeated.

The swap-disable half is still outstanding and would fit in the prereq role as an idempotent swapoff. That part is not currently covered by extra_*_args.
