Would it be possible to look into this workflow and analyse if the workflow could be semi or fully automated?

Adding an update after discussion with Ross over prioritising workflow automation as part of handover to Brendan.
Semi-manual distribution for MUSE is now available and will suffice for the time being. Volumes of titles going through MUSE remains low due to the additional fee. Therefore the priority of automating this workflow can be lowered.
The automation of the workflow will be useful eventually, if we anticipate that publishers will start agreeing to have a subset of their works automatically distributed to MUSE, rather than cherry-picking based on their own criteria.
