f3800 ev charging mode

I want to set up a f3800 to charge an ev off grid using solar in the US. I'd like to set it up to enable AC output at 80% charge and disable it at 20% charge (of the f3800). I can't figure out how one would turn on the ev charging mode remotely. It's not an option in the app that I can see. It requires double clicking the ac button on the f3800. Any ideas on what the correct message might be or how I might figure that out?

If you have no control in the App, then there is probably no message, or at least you cannot monitor it or find out.
Only if you have the control in the App it may trigger an MQTT message, if that control is not exclusively used via Bluetooth connection only.

But most devices disable BT anyway once they are connected via WiFi.
So BT usage is very limited, and I won't support it at all with this project.
