Empty topic without explanation

Good Afternoon,
I'm having a VERY strange problem. I publish several topics, and they all appear, but one in particular (Esp32_Model) appears empty. However, it only appears empty in MQTT Explorer. If I look in MQTTAnalyzer, the topic appears with normal content.

The project is not actively developed anymore, and the original dev is seeking for help in maintaining it, see: #885.

Should you be able to help, or know someone who could, or you're just willing to spread the word about this... any help would be very appreciated!
