Incorrect balances between Articles in Stock report and the Articles in Stock registry at Vanga #8330

From @lomamech's recent trip to Vanga, we have received this report:
Le rapport « Articles en stock » affichait des données différentes de celles présentes dans le registre des articles en stock.
It appears that the values in the "Articles in Stock" report disagree with the values from the registry shown to users. We should investigate, and correct, these errors.
One issue is that the report uses a different source of data (#6222). A quick fix would be to switch the data source to stock_movement_status, but it also raises the issue: why is there disagreement?
This should be investigated and fixed with the Vanga dataset.
