Add proper embeds for Coda

Currently, Discord embeds for Coda just show a login page and are completely useless.

The goal here is to take a leaf from the Linear embed book and replace the embeds for Coda links with embeds that have information on the underlying docs. The Coda API should let us pull enough information to do this. We should include the doc title, page title if the link is to a particular page, ideally section title if the link is to a particular section, and finally we should include an excerpt from the page or section. This should be implemented as a Discord script.

Configuration Required

Add to environment variables:

CODA_API_TOKEN=your_coda_api_token_here

The script will gracefully disable itself if the token is not provided, logging a warning message.

1. Deploy: The script will automatically load when the bot restarts
2. Configure: Add the CODA_API_TOKEN environment variable
3. Test: Try pasting Coda links in Discord to see the rich embeds
