[Bug] Thaw Icon Double-Click Behavior Bug

What happened?

First click shows the "Hide" icon
Second click shows the "Hide Permanently" icon
Shouldn't the second click also show the "Hide" icon?

Steps to Reproduce

Click the "thaw" icon in the menu bar, click twice.

Expected Behavior

Display the "Hide Permanently" icon.
