PR #1327 has been opened to add the Japanese M4 (Ninja Spinner) set and all 120 cards.

Note: this PR covers JP only — there is no English equivalent announced for this set at this time (M4 is exclusive to the Japanese MEGA Series).

PR #1327 has been superseded by #1332, which provides a full ground-up rebuild of M4 data sourced directly from pokemon-card.com (the previous submission had fabricated card data).

PR #1332 includes all 120 cards with correct JP names, attacks, abilities, HP, types, weakness/resistance/retreat, illustrators, and proper tcgdex schema (regulationMark I, evolveFrom chains, suffix EX, etc.).
