Authentication

Essentially a prerequisite for sync, catalogue, and all of the other fancy tauOS features. In the scope of the issue, this would just be being able to log into tauOS device with a Fyra account. The current plan is to use self-hosted logto as an auth provider. Flows would be started from another application, such as fusebox.
