[en] PoS types are changed?

I was surprised to find Russian word использованный on Wiktionary has the category of Participle, but on Kaikki is flattened to verb! But it is declined like a noun! Similarly: следующий

On the other hand звучать, which according to Wiktionary is both a Predicative and Verb, gets pos entries for verb and... adj?

Shouldn't wiktextract just pass through these PoS types/names as-is?
