feat: Rate limiter for web proxy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I'm really impressed with how easy it is to deploy and expose an application via Swiftwave's web proxy with automatic HTTPS etc. But I'm not sure how to deal with someone trying to take down an app by spamming it with requests.

Would it be possible to add a rate limiting feature that could control access for specific ingress rules / applications? It would be great to be able to handle this at the infra level rather than having to manually add (or implement) a rate limiter for each app, or relying on an external service like Cloudflare (although that's probably a good idea for some apps).

I think it's possible easily with haproxy.
I will let you know, if this can be implemented easily.

Just rate limit no of request per minute per ip right ?

Thanks for the quick response! I think keeping it simple with a general rate limit per IP sounds great.
For more complex needs (e.g. different rate limits for different routes or for logged-in / anonymous users) it would have to be handled at the application level.
