Some enhancement or fixes has been found from projects made with 0.5.1

Describe the solution you'd like

• Cache must be disabled in test settings because DjangoCMS4 seems to use it more intensively and it can result on issues in test that try to render a page
• CMS api helpers have been improved from project quad24
• Seems that statics for djangocms-text have been copied, its a duplicate of ckeditor statics, it was expected to be a symbolic link instead;
• Check about sendfile settings that seems to miss usage of Value (but i think it was because it was badly interpreted from sendfile code which expected a string, if it is the case a commentary have to be added);

This is expected to be done in 0.5.2 soon to come.
