Description
Hi all,
I have access to the Sandia version of Cubit and have attempted installing the latest Windows version of the Cubit plugin manually without success. Is there a version compatible with the Sandia version of Cubit? It appears a similar question was asked a few years back without a firm answer.
Alternatively, is there a workaround for the export step? I have tried using mbconvert to convert .cub files to .h5m files that are otherwise complete: meshed, tagged, and with defined boundary conditions on surfaces. I run into errors when trying to use these files with OpenMC (Failed to build/join/construct obb trees) but figured this was probably an issue with how I meshed the simple pin cell CAD file I was testing. I'd be open to using python codes as well, given that they are suited for use with OpenMC and can handle relatively complex models.
Let me know if it is known that Sandia Cubit is not compatible with the DAGMC plugin, or if any workarounds are viable.
Much appreciated!
