[Feature] Migrate config path from ~/.instagram-cli to XDG standard (~/.config/)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently default path for configuration is ~/.instagram-cli, but I think ~/.config/instagram-cli would fit better Unix systems standars.

Move ~/.instagram-cli to ~/.config/instagram-cli.

I totally agree with this. Though you need to be careful to make sure to help the user migrate to keep it backward compatible, so if there are currently config in ~/.instagram-cli we should copy it to the new path. This seems to be related to #258 as well
