Add ability to disable Telemetry for the cli

What problem does this solve?

Currently it's not possible to disable telemetry for the superdoc cli, is this intentional?

Hi @zeke-02 thank you for reporting this and I apologize for the trouble here! I have confirmed with our team that this is a bug and we are working on a fix now. I will follow up here once the flag is in place to disable telemetry for the CLI.
