After trying (unsuccessfully) to run graphically, I went through the terminal and got these errors:

I guess it's because the project was compiled for version 36.

Hi, hope you are doing well. I also run on Fedora 42, whenever i want to run graphically i have to kill the program of xdm-app and re-open it. I hope this works for you.

The issue that @KYGD4 appears to have might be associated with GTK. Maybe run the 'fastfetch' command (without apostrophes) the following:

• Desktop Environment (DE)
• Window Manager (WM)
• Theme

Another suggestion would be to review certain logs for errors then report your findings here. Maybe utilize the DMESG command in terminal or install/review a log viewer such as KSystemLog, or start with a simple terminal command: ls -lart

Doing so should parse most recent log entries that are sorted from oldest to newest.
