Easy input to subfinder

Currently **goaltdns** generates output with domain of a site. In order to pass input to **subfinder** I need firstly replace domain from output file. And only then I can pass it as input (_-w_ flag) to **subfinder**. 
Is there an easier way to do it? Perfect solution is to generate output without domains (leave subdomains only).
