Create some useful labels for these issues (Comment needed!)

If anyone has issue labels they find particularly useful and would like to see here, please leave a comment!

Off the top of my head, I'd say we definitely need a set of labels designating the degree of commitment a particular issue requires, so maybe something like '< 1 hour', '1-4 hours', '4-10 hours', 'ongoing'?
