非正文部分页眉设置

现在模板里面正文部分通过fancyhdr可以设置页眉的左右分别为论文标题和当前章节，但是我发现非正文部分比如目录页参考文献这种，所有设置为右边的内容全部都被置中了，无法修改，特别是使用\leftmark时，任何设置都无效，我尝试过使用自定义的pagestyle，也没有效果，fancyhdr能够影响到所有章节的第一页。请问有什么解决思路吗？以下是部分代码
